Let’s hear a tale about “THE STRATEGY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY” together.
Once upon a time, a very strong woodcutter asked for a job with a lumber dealer, and he got it. The wages were really good, as were the working conditions. For this reason, the woodcutter was determined to do his best. His boss gave him an ax and showed him the area where he had to work. On the first day, the lumberjack brought 21 trees.

“Congratulations,” said the boss. “Keep it up!”
Very motivated by the boss’s words, the woodcutter tried harder the next day, but could only carry 17 trees. On the third day, he tried even more but managed to bring only 10 trees. Day after day, he carried fewer and fewer trees.

“I have lost my strength,” thought the woodcutter. He went to the boss and apologized, saying he couldn’t understand what was going on.
“When was the last time you sharpened your ax?” asked the chief. “Sharpening? I did not have time to sharpen my ax. I used to be very busy trying to chop trees.”

The value of the story: Sometimes working hard alone isn’t enough to realize success. You furthermore may need to work smart! The woodcutter is the best person for the work, but he doesn’t have the proper attitude to achieve success during this particular task. With the proper attitude, nothing is impossible in life.
