Life is giving and receiving, so helping others is a way to make your life feel better.
All over the world, there are many people who are more disadvantaged than you. Help them within your ability, you will be happy. This is a way to become a kind person.
3. Being musical
Music can help you be more relaxed. You can sing, play some musical instruments or listen to music to make our lives happier and fuller.
Reading is the best way to help you expand your knowledge without having to go out. When you have more knowledge, you will become more wonderful in everyone’s eyes.
The intelligent person not only is good at work but also is good at controlling your emotions. And the reading book will help you learn how to do these
5. Being organized
A messy life can make you lose energy. Learning how to be organized and tidy will help you work more efficiently. Then, you not only dream about the things you want to do but also actually do them.
6. Focusing on the positive
In life, you can’t avoid bad things. Of course, you can whine about that. But right after, let’s think about the positive side of things. What things have you learned? What things have you received?
So, you will feel comfortable and happy instead of sitting in a corner and complaining why the worst things happen to you.

I once heard the following saying: “If you want to soar with the eagles, don’t party with the turkeys.” In the same vein, if you want to be awesome, don’t party with the dullards. Instead, do the following: stop and think of what your life would be like if you were humming on all cylinders.

- How would you behave?
- What would you do after work?
- What would you do during the weekends?
- Then, identify a group of people who are already doing those things and join them. But be cool about it.
15. Put your phone down
When exposed to the phone screen for too long, your eyes will become tired and your mind will no longer be alert. So, limit your phone time and spend more time communicating with people around you
- During dinner with friends, put down your phone. You’ll probably have a great conversation and a lot of laughs.
