Later the head clerk came with files, the boss instructed him to remain at the door. The head clerk thought that his boos might be busy talking to someone on the phone. The young man or boss was talking strictly on the phone instructing someone about the value of discipline and hard work.

After some time, other office employees came to the door to greet their new boss but with a hand gesture, the boss instructed everyone to remain at the door and continued his strict guidance regarding the value of hard work on the phone. All the office employees were impressed to listen to him.

After half an hour, a middle-aged man was directly going to the young man‘s cabin, but the young man was still talking on the phone. He instructed him, in the same manner, to stand at the door and carried his conversation on the phone. After some time, the young man or the boss told everyone to come into his cabin. Looking at the last man, he said, “You don’t have simple manners while coming inside the boss’ cabin, didn’t you see I was talking to someone on the phone?”
The man said, “Sir, I am a telephone technician, the phone on which you were talking was informed me as dead and I was called by your office to repair it.” The young man’s face was to be seen.
