Today, on July 7, 2023, Shasu Group has signed a collaboration agreement with Eden Global Capital – a company specializing in advising businesses on potential IPO in the United States.
The company has a strong track record of supporting businesses worldwide, ranging from food and beverage companies in the United States to logistics companies in China, and has successfully assisted 21 companies in IPO in the United States.
Here are some basic requirements for a company to IPO in the United States, which you can refer to:

- The company is valued at least $20 million or has annual revenue of at least 100 billion VND.
- The company has been in operation for at least 3 years, supporting all industries (except state-owned companies, infrastructure, cryptocurrencies, and weapons).

- The process for a company to successfully IPO in the United States takes around 6 months.
- The fee for a company to IPO in the United States ranges from $300,000 to $500,000, typically around $350,000 (depending on the industry and company’s revenue).
